Your first step to learning and enjoying authentic Antiguan cuisine begins here! Your host chef, Denise, welcomes you to a fully immersive cooking and dining experience featuring Antigua's national dishes, local beverages, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from the local market.

We welcome a max of 6 guests per session, and this experience is valued at USD 180 per couple.

What to expect...

On arrival, you will be greeted by your host chef, Denise, and treated to delicious tapas and snacks. Come ready to eat! Based on your menu choice, all the raw ingredients will be ready for you to get started. Chef Denise will introduce your meal of choice and share a bit of history and insights into your meal. Then get ready to get your hands messy.

Once the dish is complete, relax and enjoy your lunch on the outside patio which usually has a cool flow of tropical breeze and an open yard with fruit trees.
